Embrace Moments, Find Happiness and Live with Purpose
Our story is not ‘normal’ and it’s not ‘typical’. It is, however, our story. Our story is one of family and friends. Many memories of love, joy, and laughter. Many memories of loss, sorrow, and tears. It is a story of waking each morning feeling blessed to have another day together and living with a consciousness of God’s blessings.
It’s a story we hope sharing will show what is truly important in life and which is often lost in the world we live in. It is so very easy to connect with others through technology today, yet this often results in family members and friends to miss out on truly engaging with one another.
We learned early in our journey as a family what is important and what isn’t important. We know happiness and love isn’t about the house you live in, the job you have, the fancy things you can buy, the vacations you take, but rather about living in the moment, truly engaging in the lives of those you love and those who love you.
Our story, is a story about knowing tomorrow might not come, but knowing you lived each breath of today to it’s fullest and with love in your heart.
Our story is about the lessons we’ve learned by being parents of three amazing children, who have taught us patience, love and most importantly how to find laughter even during the darkest of times.
Our story is about living a life to honor our daughter, Grace, who’s life on Earth was not quite 8 years, but had a tremendous impact on family, friends and many who we’ve never met.
